When temperatures rise, precision and quality are key. At SCHUPP^® Ceramics, we provide custom furnace linings for temperatures up to 1.800 °C – using state-of-the-art insulation materials and expertly engineered construction for maximum durability.

What sets our solutions apart:

• Multi-layer high-temperature insulation with UltraBoards and ITM-Fibermax^® blankets made of polycrystalline wool (PCW)
• Pre-fired insulation boards – for minimal shrinkage and odor-free first use
• Stack-bond technique (from 16 L furnace volume) – reduces thermal stress cracks and extends service life
• Efficient cost-saving by combining different material grades as needed

At our premises in Aachen, we offer:

• Removal and proper disposal of existing insulation
• Partial or full furnace lining – optionally with new MolyCom^® heating elements (MoSi₂)
• Production of standard cuts as well as complex geometries (e.g., cylinders or insulation plugs)
