UltraBoard UB 1400-300P is our new high-quality insulation board designed for low-temperature applications. The material is suitable for application temperatures of up to 1,400 °C and, thanks to its minimal shrinkage and high dimensional stability, offers a cost-effective solution with a long service life.

Reliable Insulation Performance up to 1,400 °C

UltraBoard UB 1400-300P is manufactured from polycrystalline mullite/alumina wool (PCW) and therefore represents a high-quality alternative to insulation materials made from alumino-silicate wool (ASW), also known as refractory ceramic fiber (RCF).

Its homogeneous structure allows for easy machining and enables precise fitting in a wide range of furnace and thermal equipment designs.

UltraBoard UB 1400-300P offers the following benefits:

• Thanks to the use of polycrystalline mullite/aluminium oxide wool (PCW), UltraBoard is not classified as carcinogenic in the EU
• Low thermal conductivity
