If you are already using our ETH rings, we would like to inform you in good time of an important change that may affect your processes.
Background: Change to the formulation
The PTCR ETH and ETL rings, which we source through our partner Vibrantz Technologies, will be produced with a revised formulation from batch ETH 096 onwards.
The reason for this change is the discontinuation of a key raw material, which made it necessary to reformulate the product.
The good news:
The new formulation has been extensively tested and demonstrates comparable performance to the previous rings.
Impact on your processes
Despite the comparable performance, there are a few important points to note:
The new raw material may cause the shrinkage behaviour to change slightly.
This may lead to:
