UltraBoard® & UltraVac®: Industrial and laboratory furnaces perfectly thermally insulated
M.E.SCHUPP® provides you with UltraBoard® & UltraVac®, the appropriate product for perfect thermal insulation of your electric-heated industrial and laboratory furnaces in the temperature range of 1,250°C to 1,850°C. These insulation boards, shapes and cylinders are made of polycrystalline Al2O3 wool (PCW). They are a genuine alternative to conventional amorphous ceramic fibers.

They have special qualities as thermal insulation due to an extremely high Al2O3-content of up to 99%. Upon request, we can supply you with pre-sintered boards and vacuum shaped parts (“High Fired”) for applications temperatures from 1,600°C to 1,850°C. We can produce dimensionally accurate, complete furnace modules and linings to your specifications.
M.E.SCHUPP® can supply you with UltraBoard® & UltraVac® in thicknesses from 20 to 100 mm. The standard board size is 900 x 600 mm
