Beginning in 2012, CERAMITEC will present itself to an audience of international professionals with three pillars: Technologies | Innovations | Materials. CERAMITEC is the industry’s leading trade fair. Since its premiere in 1979 CERAMITEC has developed into the world’s leading trade fair for the ceramic industry. CERAMITEC 2009 attracted 656 exhibitors from 35 countries and approximately 15,000 visitors from 84 countries.

M.E.SCHUPP issues its core products for the construction and operation of high-temperature systems on the 20 m² booth. The focus is on the electric heating elements MolyCom®-Ultra and the HIGH PURITY type MolyCom®-Hyper for special applications with HIGH PURITY environment. They are made of molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2)and reach a maximum temperature of 1,800°C. MolyTec® electric heating panels and cylinders (MoSi2 + PCW) up to 1,650°C will also be shown.

Furthermore M.E.SCHUPP exhibits insulation boards, shapes & cylinders from 1,250°C to 1,850°C as well as needled blankets and modules up to 1,650°C application temperature. These high-temperature insulation materials are made of polycrystalline (PCW) mullite/Al2O3 wool.

As successfully displayed on the trade fair Thermprocess 2011 in Düsseldorf, the company is going to present a fully assembled furnace set consisting of MolyCom®-Ultra heating elements, UltraBoard® – fibrous boards and ITM-Fibermax® needled blankets for furnace systems up to 1,800°C.

The “smallest” high-temperature product of the Aachen based company, which will be shown, is the PTCR®- process temperature control ring. The PTCR® is a ceramic tool that permits measurement of heat input during the firing cycle. The presentation of our kiln furnitures called CeraCetter® compliments the exhibition program. The kiln furnitures are lightweight ceramic firing and sintering setters for application temperatures from1,250°C to 1,500°C.

We look forward to seeing you at our booth.
