In-house quality management

The M.E.SCHUPP^® family-owned company has established a quality management system that has been one of the primary success factors in recent years. In addition to comprehensive incoming goods inspection, the metallic and ceramic high-temperature components and technical solutions are produced and tested in accordance with ISO 9001:2000-regulations. In the process, the focus is on recognized quality standards from raw material procurement to the final product.

The procedures are clearly structured and can be traced back through the entire production process. Quality is constantly controlled and production optimized in the state of the art laboratory. Through collaboration with the Excellence Award-winning RWTH University in Aachen and various other institutions, comprehensive investigations, such as chemical analyses or scanning electron microscope images, can be carried out quite rapidly.
